It is constantly adjusted to best meet the needs of the market and improve the grant award process. In mid-July 2025, the National Fund for Environmental Protection and Water Management introduced two important updates to the Regulations, which relate to the deadlines and the procedure for submitting applications. Below we explain what exactly has changed and what should be paid special attention to efficiently and effectively obtain funding.

Extended application deadline

In response to the unflagging record-breaking interest in the Program, the National.  

new date - Applications for co-financing under the "Mój Prad 6.0" program can be submitted to October 31, 2025.  

Important note: the recruitment is carried out on a continuous basis, which means that it can be completed earlier if the record pool of funds (PLN 1.85 billion) is exhausted before the deadline. Therefore, it is not worth delaying submitting a complete application.  

Introduction of the adjustment limit in the application

This is the most important procedural change that entered into force on July 16, 2025. Its aim is to streamline the application evaluation process and accelerate the payment of funds for beneficiaries.  

According to the new regulations, the applicant has the right to submit Up to four adjustments to your application for funding.  

What does this mean in practice? Once this limit is exceeded, the application may be rejected without further improvement. This change places great emphasis on diligence and accuracy when preparing the application. Filling out the application precisely and attaching all correct documents the first time becomes crucial for the success of the entire process.  

What remains unchanged?

It is worth noting that the fundamental assumptions of the "Mój Prąd 6.0" program have not changed. The same rules apply to:

• Mandatory joining of PV installations with energy storage or heat storage for a grant.  
• maximum amounts of subsidieswhich can still amount to a total of PLN 28,000 per energy consumption point.  
• system settlement requirement net-billing.
